Gary Nordheimer

Co-Founder, President

Gary Nordheimer began his career at the Office of the General Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Housing & Urban Development. After leaving the government, he represented a number of national real estate companies, including Trammel Crow, before launching Gary Nordheimer Ventures in 1975. With his partners, Gary has invested in more than 50 early-stage companies since 1999, in industries as diverse a health, energy and technology. Currently, he serves as advisor to sons Brad and Rod Nordheimer in a number of various real estate development ventures, and as president of Teleconferencing Services, LLC.

Fran Tarkenton

Those are some of the things that might come to your mind when you hear the name Fran Tarkenton. But if you ask him, he’ll give you a different answer. “I’m an entrepreneur, first and always,” he says.

Over 50 years in business, Tarkenton has built more than 20 successful companies, all from the ground up. And today, 75 years old, he remains as active and involved as ever, running multiple companies out of his office in Atlanta, Georgia.

Bradley Nordheimer

Co-Founder, Vice President

Before launching the Nordheimer Companies ventures, Brad was founder and president of Capital Telecommunications, LLC, a telecommunications services company; Vice President & Director of Old World Coffee; and Senior Associate–Valuation Services of Jones Lang Wootton USA.

In the 18 year since co-founding Teleconferencing Services, Brad has helped each area of the organization at various times in his TSI career including: product development; sales; billing and platforms; and customer care. Brad is currently serving on the management committee that oversees all operations. When he is not in the office Brad can often be found on the sidelines watching his 3 children play soccer, basketball, tennis or golf.

Rod Nordheimer

Co-Founder, Vice President

Ever the entrepreneur, Rod launched his first venture in high school — NP Productions, focused on providing fun and safe entertainment environments for high school students. He has since worked as Special Liaison Officer for the U.S. House of Representatives, co-founded Capital Telecommunications, LLC with other Nordheimer family partners and helped launch and operate Old World Coffee, one of the Washington, DC-area’s first chain espresso bars. Rod is a graduate of Menlo College in Atherton, California with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. He lives with his wife and two sons in Bethesda, MD.

Rick Gossett

Chief Financial Officer

Rick Gossett is an expert in business operations, responsible for business software development, unique partnerships, business educational content, consulting, and more. Before joining Teleconferencing Services, Rick owned and operated a private practice as a CPA. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager at Pannell Kerr Foster in tax and audit, as well as Principal in Ernst & Young’s small business advisory group.

Demond Perry

Director, National Accounts

Demond Perry joined Teleconferencing Services LLC in 1997, and has over 20 years of Audio/Web Conferencing and Customer Care experience. He is originally from Chicago, and earned a degree in Electronic Technology at Southern Illinois University. Demond loves accommodating Teleconferencing Services customer needs and enjoys using the various conferencing solutions to communicate with internal and external customers.

Rachel Forte


I have over thirty years of accounting experience. I joined Teleconferencing Services in May of 2004. Prior to working at Teleconferencing Services I worked as the Assistant Controller of Property Management for JSS Advisors, LLC from June 2001 to May 2004 and as Senior Accounting Manager for ERE/Yarmouth (now part of Jones Lang LaSalle) from December 1996 to October 2000.

Sharon McCoy

Accounts Receivable, Manager

Sharon McCoy has 25 years of Finance and Accounting experience. She joined TSI in February 2001. Prior to TSI, she was an independent contractor from September 1996 – August 2000. Mrs. McCoy worked as a financial analyst assistant for Norrell Services from July 1995-January 1996. She worked for Knowledgeware, Inc.(which later became Sterling Software)as an AP clerk, AP supervisor, and financial analyst from February 1990-May 1995.

Will Adams

Director, Marketing

Will Adams is the Marketing Director for Teleconferencing Services. He learns about his customers’ problems and finds ways to solve them, listening to customers, bringing new products and services to market, developing and managing strategic partner relationships, establishing sales and distribution channels, and managing revenue-producing initiatives, among many other things. His expertise in business operations encompasses retail sales, direct sales, talent acquisition and development, and general management.

Ed Fox


Ed Fox is responsible for building and maintaining company websites. He combines knowledge of coding language, development and design, content management, and other critical tools to assure users of a rich online experience.
